Return Policy

Expression Flowers does not accept returns that have been ordered to be arranged and delivered unless an extraordinary event or act of god has occured. Online orders may be reversed and refunded up to 24 hours before the date of delivery. 

Refunds can take up to four weeks to be fully processed.  This time period includes the time it takes us to process your refund once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to refund an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Expression Flowers handles all shipping to Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach Counties. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped due to unavailable destination data.  We will notify you within 24 hours of any restrictions. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 


We understand and share your concern about security and privacy.  It is reassuring to know that Expression Flowers is hosted on a secure server and our orders are processed using industry standard SSL technology to encrypt all personal information including your credit card information so that it may not be read by others as it travels over the internet.

For you security, we authorize your credit card after we obtain confirmation that your card is a valid number and has not been reported lost or stolen.  We also verify that the "Bill to" address matches the address on the credit card used. It is not uncommon for a request for your credit card authorization to fail at times because of this.  If we experience such difficulites, we will contact you and you may wish to provide another credit card.

NOTE: E-mail is not encrypted, so please do not transmit your credit card number via e-mail.


Expression Flowers will never sell, trade, or rent any customer or gift recipient e-mail address or personal information to any third party.  We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties but these statistics will not include any identifying personal information.
